To My Clients:
During this time of heightened concern, I want to inform you about how we are continuing to serve you in the midst of the Coronavirus/Covid-19 outbreak.
First, I want you to take comfort in knowing that our firm is fully prepared to continue to actively represent you during this public health emergency.
Second, our firm has always been proactive, not reactive. Our employees were already able to work remotely, even before the current health pandemic. While some of us continue to show up to the physical office in Dublin to work others are working from home. The key is that we all continue to work on your files. Hopefully, you understand that there might be some delay in returning a call or answering an email.
Third, a few years ago, we began a transition to a “paperless” office. We converted our physical files to digital files. We are now virtually 100% paperless. Our case management software allows us to remote access all files and all documents. That means our employees are healthy, can be with their families but stay informed and can continue to work on your file from anywhere. It remains our goal to continue to serve you without any lapse in productivity or customer service.
Fourth, until further notice, we are shifting all non-essential in-person meetings with clients, including for new case signups, initial consultations, depositions, etc to telephone conferences or video conferencing using Zoom.
Any document requiring a signature will be done using via email or regular. This includes signatures for new cases, authorizations, and closing meetings. We are working on acquiring e-signing software.
For clients whose cases are post-settlement, we will be working swiftly to expedite the closing process so you can get your settlement proceeds as soon as possible.
You are the reason we continue to work every day – to serve you in your journey to recover emotionally, physically, and financially from your injuries.
I’m proud that we will not stop working for you during this pandemic and that my firm’s employees will also be as safe and healthy.
Stay safe, stay healthy, let me know if you have any questions.
